The sports world is thinking about Tiger Woods on Tuesday after his car accident.

On Tuesday morning, Tiger Woods was involved in a single-car accident in Los Angeles.

The accident was described by LA Country Sheriffs as “a rollover traffic collision.” Woods’ vehicle sustained major damage, but he was the only occupant in said vehicle. LA County Sheriffs said Woods had to be removed from the vehicle with the “jaws of life.” His agent Mark Steinberg said he has been hospitalized and is undergoing surgery after suffering multiple leg injuries.

There has never been a more popular golfer than Woods, as his dominance on the links has spanned multiple generations, making him one of the most celebrated professional athletes ever.
