Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams made it more than clear that he’ll always have Aaron Rodgers’ back.

One of the best duos in the NFL is without question Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams. Rodgers was the MVP last season and Adams played like the best receiver in the game. Whenever those two hook up, watch out.

They’ve grown so incredibly close over the years, with Rodgers going as far to say that Adams is one of the best players he’s ever suited up with. That’s why it should come as no surprise that Adams passionately said he has Rodgers’ back regardless of whether or not he plays next season for Green Bay.

Davante Adams let everyone know he has nothing but love for Aaron Rodgers

In that video above, Adams was incredibly passionate in talking about his signal-caller. At the same time, Adams also said that he has no issues with the front office and that he’s not taking sides whatsoever.

With all of that said, this Rodgers vs. Green Bay drama sure is messy. It’s been the biggest storyline of the offseason, with everyone in Wisconsin wondering whether or not Rodgers will take the field come Week 1. Should he not return to the team, Jordan Love said he’d be ready to take over as the starter.

Yes, Love is a first-round pick waiting in the wings to get his shot, but Rodgers still has plenty left in the tank and is nowhere close to slowing down. He threw 48 touchdown last season for goodness sakes. All eyes will be on Brian Gutekunst to see if he and Rodgers can get on the same page. Regardless of what happens, Adams will be ready to support his quarterback in any way possible.
