Miguel Sano and Cal Quantrill avoided a benches-clearing conflict thanks to catcher Austin Hedges and the umpire.

The Cleveland Indians are still in the postseason picture, while the Minnesota Twins are very much not. These two teams faced off against each other on Thursday night, and there was some drama in the series finale.

We have no idea what Twins first baseman Miguel Sano and Cleveland pitcher Cal Quantrill were jawing about, but it seemed entirely unnecessary considering the former ended his at-bat grounding out. Quantrill clearly got the last laugh, and let Sano know about it on the way to first base.

With both teams out of first place by a country mile, any fight between these two teams is entirely unnecessary down the stretch.
