After the Green Bay Packers suffered an ugly 38-3 loss to the New Orleans Saints, Davante Adams is ready to get back to work.

America’s Game of the Week did not go as planned for the Green Bay Packers. It was so bad that quarterback Aaron Rodgers went to the sideline early and watched as his backup Jordan Love failed to connect with his receivers for a single touchdown against a formidable Saints defense.

The shocking and disappointing performance sparked a lot of conversations about Rodgers and his intentions in Green Bay this season. Some went as far to say that he purposely threw the game.

Others didn’t get so dark.

Davante Adams, the Packers star receiver, is a player who is quite unfamiliar with being shut out of the end zone. Last season, he led the league with 18 receiving touchdowns. He took to Twitter to share his opinion of the future of Green Bay this season.

Green Bay Packers Receiver DaVante Adams has just a few words after a big loss to the Saints

Flush. It. And. Respond.

Four Words. Adams is not going to let the past affect what many think could be a Super Bowl caliber season for Green Bay. After all, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost to the Saints in their opening game of 2020 and went on to win it all. Maybe losing to New Orleans is just a rite of passage to get a ring these days.

Regardless of the implications of their loss, Adams is not worried about it. Hopefully fans can take some comfort in his workhorse mentality and look ahead to an easier matchup against the Detroit Lions next Monday.
