Week 2 in the NFL was an exciting one for fantasy football fans. Just look how it ended. Aaron Jones with the game of his life, scoring four touchdowns against the Detroit Lions to make up for a terrible Week 1. Davante Adams broke 100 yards receiving, and Aaron Rodgers showed us why we should relax.

This wasn’t the only monster performance. Derrick Henry took back his crown with the best performance of the weekend. Kyler Murray and Lamar Jackson really lived up to their draft stock. Tom Brady is still so good despite being your dad’s age. 38 players broke the 20 point mark in PPR standard leagues.

Looking ahead, this week should be another fun one for fantasy players. There are some star-studded matchups coming in Week 3. The 49ers and Packers could be forced to outscore each other if the defenses don’t show up. Buffalo is testing its offensive explosion against a good Washington Football Team. The Patriots will try to put one another great defensive performance against Jameis Winston and the Saints. The Minnesota Vikings are desperate and welcoming a Seattle team that’s still trying to figure out its identity.

What are some of the boldest possible outcomes in fantasy football for Week 2?

1. Justin Herbert leads QBs in points

The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers are going head-to-head, and the Chiefs defense comes in with some major questions. They are allowing more than 7 yards per play, and that is going to be a major focus of the team going into this matchup. They will go all out to stop Austin Ekeler (if he’s able to play), and this will eventually lead to Justin Herbert crushing them through the air.

Going toe to toe with Patrick Mahomes will lead to an offensive outburst by Los Angeles. Herbert will score a ton of points after a slow start to his season. Bad penalties really hurt what looked like a big comeback this past Sunday, and the Chargers don’t want to fall to 1-2. Herbert will be throwing a lot after the running game tries to set the tone.

Herbert will throw for well over 300 yards, and he will get a minimum of three touchdowns. Two of these might come in garbage time as the Chiefs will be coming out swinging following a loss to the Ravens. This is going to be just a monstrous amount of points from both quarterbacks, and Herbert will come back with a huge day in the fourth quarter on a comeback attempt.
