The hottest offense in the NFL right now belongs to Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who was the AP NFL Assistant Coach of the Year last season.

Daboll has worked under Bill Belichick and Nick Saban. He’s seen how the best of the best run their organizations. He’d be an intriguing option as a first-time head coach.

He’s been in NFL coaching circles for the last 20 years, working his way up from a Patriots defensive assistant to a wide receivers, quarterbacks and tight ends coach for multiple teams. He served as the offensive coordinator of the Browns, Dolphins, Chiefs and now Bills.

Daboll could take the pieces of the Raiders offense and turn them into something special.

He’s innovative on offense with far more experience than other hot names in the coaching carousel like Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady or Cowboys OC Kellen Moore.
