Atlanta Braves outfielder Adam Duvall tried to field a baseball, but instead “broke his ankles” during Game 6 of the NLCS on Saturday.

The Atlanta Braves are looking to exorcise the demons that was their collapse in the 2020 NLCS this Saturday with a Game 6 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. With the win, they will reach the World Series for the first time since 1999. To do so, they will need to not make any mistakes.

Unfortunately for outfielder Adam Duvall, he will end up on the blooper reel after he got caught by the turf monster at Truist Park.

It looked as though Duvall got crossed up when playing a game of basketball the way his ankles turned. Luckily for him, the Dodgers were unable to score a run after the slip.

The Braves got on the scoreboard early, as the third baseman Austin Riley hit an RBI double off Walker Buehler in the bottom of the first inning, allowing Ozzie Albies to score to give them a 1-0 lead.

What will make Duvall forget about his blunder in the outfield is a win on Saturday night to secure the NL pennant.
