Did you know watching the World Series could get you a free taco?

Back by popular demand (obviously), Major League Baseball is partnering with Taco Bell in something they have been doing for a few years now.

If someone steals a base at any point during the World Series between the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros, all of America can go to Taco Bell to get a free Doritos Locos Taco.

You’re reading that right. If anyone in the World Series steals a base, you get a taco. It is truly that simple.

How to get free tacos from the 2021 World Series

This will be the 10th year that Taco Bell has partnered for the “Steal a base, steal a taco” promotion.

Ozzie Albies stole a base in the first inning of Game 1, earning you free tacos quickly. Taco Bell announced that you can get your free Doritos Locos Taco at all participating locations on Nov. 4.

So who are our candidates to get fans free tacos? For the Astros, centerfielder Myles Straw is the team leader with 17 stolen bases this season but he’s been dealing with an injury. Right fielder Kyle Trucker was closely following with 14 robberies himself. This postseason, The Astros as a team have stolen seven bases, five coming in the ALDS against the Chicago White Sox.

As for the Braves, second baseman Ozzie Albies stole 20 bases in 2021. It will be him and Dansby Swanson (nine in 2021) leading the threat for the Bravos. The Braves have stolen five bases this postseason, all coming in the NLCS against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Tune into the 2021 World Series between the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros to see if you win a free taco from Taco Bell for doing absolutely nothing.
