The first CFP rankings for the 2021 season will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 2 and you’ll want to tune into the College Football Playoff rankings show.

After nine weeks of action, we get our first CFP rankings for the 2021 season on Tuesday night with ESPN airing the College Football Playoff rankings show once the committee has made their initial decisions.

We can be pretty confident that the Georgia Bulldogs will be coming in at No. 1 in the first CFP rankings but, after that, it gets a bit up in the air. Undefeated Cincinnati, Michigan State and Oklahoma should be in the mix and, but we have to wonder how Alabama, Oregon and Ohio State will fit into the mix.

It should be quite the reveal for the College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday, Nov. 2 but, to watch the release live, you have to know when and how to tune in.

What time do the CFP rankings come out?

The College Football Playoff rankings show will be live at 7 p.m. ET. In years past, they have revealed the No. 1 team early in the broadcast but then started from the bottom at No. 25 and gone up until they reveal the other members of the top four.

So, if they stick to that formula, that’s what you can expect to see.

Tuning in at 7 p.m. ET to the reveal of the CFP rankings, you can watch on cable or satellite via ESPN or using the login for you cable subscription on WatchESPN. However, you can also subscribe to ESPN+ to catch the release of the rankings as well.
