Georgia football legend Stetson Bennett essentially sleepwalks through his Good Morning America interview.

Who needs sleep when you’re a champion? Just look at Stetson Bennett running on fumes while being interviewed on Good Morning America.

The Georgia football quarterback guided the Dawgs to their first national championship in 41 seasons. To pull this off, the Dawgs had to beat their perpetual nemesis in the Alabama Crimson Tide, the reigning college football dynasty that had beaten Georgia seven times in a row dating back to 2008, including the 2021 SEC Championship Game in Atlanta only a few weeks ago.

Bennett looked so tired that it is possible he might not remember talking to NFL legend Michael Strahan after his head finally hits the pillow.

No matter what the future holds for Bennett beyond Athens, he will go down as the college football equivalent of Kurt Warner. His life will be made into a movie, as the former walk-on who led Georgia to its greatest season. “The Mailman” delivered in the biggest of moments. As he put it to Strahan, “you gotta bet on yourself.” In five days, he will play an integral part in a big parade.

Even if he was on a team full of five-stars, Bennett still had to go toe-to-toe with the 2021 Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young for all the world to see. Young won his Heisman based on his performance in Atlanta. Bennett won his free drinks for life card in the state of Georgia after what he did on Monday night in Indianapolis. Timothée Chalamet must play him in the upcoming biopic.

No, this is not a dream. The Georgia Bulldogs seriously won the national championship with Stetson Bennett as their starting quarterback.
