The Philadelphia 76ers will host the Toronto Raptors in Game 2 on Monday night.

After winning Game 1 easily on Saturday night, the Philadelphia 76ers look to take a commanding 2-0 series lead over the division rival Toronto Raptors in their first-round, best-of-seven.

Philadelphia took Game 1 effortlessly with a 131-111 victory over Toronto. While usual suspects like James Harden and Tobias Harris both scored over 20 points vs. the Raptors, it was The Tyrese Maxey Show in The City of Brotherly Love. He scored a game-high 38 points in 38 minutes. Nick Nurse’s team had no answer for the great shooting night from the emerging Philadelphia star.

Tipoff from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will be at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday, April 18.

Raptors vs. 76ers Game 2 prediction

Though the Toronto defense will make an adjustment and actually cover Maxey, look for Harden to still play well and for the team’s best player in Joel Embiid to really take over. Philadelphia will get into triple digits scoring before the end of the third frame. While Pascal Siakam will give the Raptors a puncher’s chance, Philadelphia will have amassed too large of a lead to ever relinquish.

Prediction: 76ers 125, Raptors 114.

Raptors vs. 76ers Game 2 odds

According to WynnBET, the 76ers will be laying seven points at home to the visiting Raptors. The associated moneylines for this game are Philadelphia -300 and Toronto +250. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 217 points. The bookmakers are expecting for the 76ers to take a 2-0 series lead, but not win by as big of a margin as they did over the Raptors in Game 1.
