9. Best games on the 2022 NFL Schedule – Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Rams

This contest is a direct result of the addition of the 17th game to the NFL schedule and it is a big win for viewers. The Buffalo Bills last met the Rams back in 2020 in Orchard Park, picking up an early-season victory despite a furious rally from a Los Angeles team quarterbacked by Jared Goff.

Things have changed a lot for both teams in the past two years as Josh Allen emerged as a superstar for the Bills while the Rams traded for Matthew Stafford on their way to a Super Bowl title. These teams ordinarily wouldn’t meet again until the 2024 season but now they are set to square off at SoFi Stadium in a showdown of NFL superpowers.

Buffalo is looking to get over the hump after a few strong seasons to claim their first Super Bowl title in franchise history while the Rams look to do what they couldn’t back in 2000 and defend their championship. This game is a true measuring stick for both teams to see how good they are entering the season.

There is also an intriguing player angle involving Von Miller, who spurned an offer to re-sign with the Rams to ink a six-year, $120 million contract with the Bills. There will be plenty of attention focused on Miller’s choice in the week prior to this game.
