Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams recently faced trouble for aggressive actions, and he’s now taking caution before making moves.

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams recently faced trouble after getting charged with assault for shoving a photographer, and he’s now taking caution before making any moves.

In a video tweeted by Field Yates of ESPN, Adams was shown cautiously and slowly looking forward as he approached the tunnel and then running when he knew it was all set to do so.

The situation in Kansas City that led to the charges was certainly uncalled for, and though it may be a bit extra for Adams to be this cautious, it’s better to be safe than sorry yet again.

He’s unlikely to face immediate punishment from the NFL for the incident, and he’s extremely lucky for that. However, anything remotely bad from him could tip the league over the edge considering the severity of his actions.

Raiders WR Davante Adams should remain cautious to avoid NFL suspensions

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Adams is unlikely to face punishment from the NFL until the legal process concludes. Rapoport wrote, “Adams’ status won’t be resolved in the near future, sources informed of the situation say, which indicates Adams will stay on the field moving forward for Las Vegas this season, at least until his legal situation has reached its conclusion.”

Adams was officially charged, but he’s set for a court appearance in November that makes the case still ongoing. For the severity of his incident and the fact that the cameraman sustained injuries from it, he’s lucky that he didn’t get suspended immediately. However, he certainly doesn’t have room to make even the slightest mistake without possibly sending the league over the edge now.
