Prepare yourselves for all of the chaos in the final week of the college football regular season.

There is only one week left where everybody is playing games in the college football landscape.

With a handful of teams still alive to make the College Football Playoff, all eyes will be on those half-dozen or so. However, there are bowl bids to be had, coaches to be let go and an exceptional amount of chaos to ensue. This is rivalry weekend after all. So with a huge regular-season finale weekend upon us, let’s get our collective heads around all the zaniest things that could happen.

13 is a weird number, so it would not be all that shocking if any of these things were to occur.

13. Missouri wins Battle Line over Arkansas in controversy to go bowling

In what has become CBS’ SEC Game of the Week for Black Friday, Battle Line is only just getting started between emerging conference foes Arkansas and Missouri. While the Hogs have largely underwhelmed this season under head coach Sam Pittman, Arkansas has still achieved bowl eligibility. But at 5-6, Eliah Drinkwitz’s Tigers need to win this rivalry game to get that crucial win.

With a game between two middling SEC teams largely being elevated because of the Black Friday stage, wouldn’t it be crazy if Mizzou won the game on a weird technicality or a controversial play? I’m not saying a 21st century equivalent of the Fifth Down game going the other way, but Mizzou getting to 6-6 and Pittman blowing a gasket over the officiating in the process would be so wild.

Seeing Mizzou get to bowl eligibility is pretty much the only reason to watch this CBS snooze fest.
