Argentina, one of the pre-tournament favorites to win the World Cup, play Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at Lusail Stadium in Lusail, Qatar. Here’s how to watch the game.

South American powerhouse Argentina, led by Lionel Messi, take on Saudi Arabia on Tuesday in a Group C encounter at Lusail Stadium in Lusail, Qatar.

The Albiceleste, winners of last year’s Copa America, are the seeded team in this group and have the talent to not only finish first in the group stage, but advance all the way to the final. The team includes strikers Angel Di Maria, defender Cristian Romero and midfielder Leandro Paredes.

Argentina come into the World Cup riding an impressive 36-game unbeaten streak and have not lost an official game since losing to rivals Brazil at the 2019 Copa America.

Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, don’t boast the same marquee superstars as Argentina. The Green Falcons, in fact, are 51st in the FIFA rankings, the second lowest-ranked nation at the tournament.

The Saudis, however, may gain a boost by being so close to home and adjusted to the climate. In striker Salem Al-Dawsari, Saudi Arabia has a clinical striker who is healthy coming into the World Cup.
