2023 NFL Draft: Full two-round mock after Super Bowl LVII
By Brad Weiss
The Baltimore Ravens will have a huge decision to make this offseason in terms of the quarterback position, as some believe they could actually move on from Lamar Jackson. The likelihood is that Jackson will be back with the team on an extension, but if they do bring him back, they need to stack some more weapons around him.
One player who will be selected in the first round this April is Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who some consider the best wide receiver in this draft class. After what he did at Ohio State, and with a good combine, Smith-Njigba could be gone by now, but if not, he instantly becomes WR1 in Charm City in 2023.
The Minnesota Vikings were one of the best teams in the NFC all season long, and for a short time, some felt they had the talent to be a Super Bowl favorite. However, they struggled in a big way down the stretch, and in the playoffs, the New York Giants eliminated them in the Wild Card round.
Now, they have to really make it a point to fix this defense, as they have plenty of playmakers on the offensive side of the ball. Lukas Van Ness is likely to be one of the first linebackers off the board in April, so while Minnesota needs help in the secondary, Van Ness may be too good to pass up here.
