In last week's debut of our new BetSided NFL weekly props contest, "The Sunday Six," it was Josh Yourish coming up big with his selection of Houston Texans rookie Dameon Pierce at +160 scoring an anytime touchdown vs. the Chicago Bears on the road.

Now, heading into Sunday's slate of games, the crew is ready to bounce back and try to grab a few more wins and perhaps even out the standings.

Every week, our team goes through each matchup available on the board for NFL Sunday, and breaks down which player amongst the plethora of available options they believe is not just the player most likely to score an anytime touchdown, but the best bet based on the odds as well.

Here are our favorite plays, along with each of their latest up-to-date odds for NFL Week 4.

Best Anytime Touchdown Picks For Week 4

Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens vs. Buffalo Bills

Lamar Jackson is the MVP (in my eyes) through the first few weeks of the season, and he has back-to-back performances with over 100 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Oh, and he’s thrown for seven touchdowns over that stretch as well. Jackson faces a tough Buffalo defense that lost to the Miami Dolphins last week by just two points despite missing several starters.

One thing that stood out to me in the loss was that Miami was able to get not one, but two rushing touchdowns from in close with Chase Edmonds. With the Ravens’ running back situation in flux, I like Jackson to handle a read option or two inside the 10-yard line in this game. He’s the most dynamic weapon in the NFL, so I’m not worried about Buffalo’s stout numbers against the run.

Lamar is one-of-a-kind, and I think he keeps his MVP campaign going with another score in Week 4.  – Peter Dewey

James Cook - Buffalo Bills at Baltimore Ravens

Cook is slowly becoming more involved in the Bills offense. In a high-scoring game that I expect Josh Allen to throw quite a bit, I love taking a flier on Cook to get his first professional TD this Sunday.

In a close, competitive matchup with Miami, Cook hauled in four-of-five targets for 37 yards. He looks more explosive than both Devin Singletary and Zack Moss, while getting four red zone touches over the last two weeks.

Buffalo didn’t draft Dalvin’s little brother in the second round to not play him, so I expect Cook’s touches to go up as the season progresses. If that happens, we won’t see +800 by his name for long. Let’s strike before Cook does and nab a huge value early in the season. - Joe Summers

Antonio Gibson - Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys

Gibson’s overall numbers don’t look spectacular on the surface, but should the back leading the NFL in inside-the-five carries have this long of odds? I certainly don’t think so.

Gibson has seven carries through three games from inside-the-five, two more than than anyone else in the NFL. He’s scored twice, should gain multiple opportunities vs. Dallas if Washington can get into first and goal scenarios.

Commanders beat writer Pete Hailey wrote how both Ron Rivera and offensive coordinator Scott Turner have both stressed the need to solidify their run game to combat Dallas’ aggressive defense and remove opportunities for DeMarcus Lawrence and Micah Parson to generate pressure on Carson Wentz. The increased workload for Gibson has also been helpful for Wentz’ red zone efficiency this season, where he actually ranks first in completion percentage.

Until Brian Robinson Jr. returns, Gibson is the guy, and I love this number where I know opportunities will be available.- Ben Heisler

Tyler Lockett – Seattle Seahawks at Detroit Lions

Lockett has quietly been outstanding this season. He’s seen 11 targets and nine catches in each of the last two games. He’s becoming Geno Smith’s favorite target, and I think we get a score this week to show for it.

Lockett is still a great deep threat, recording one catch of at least 20 yards in the last two games. He can stretch the field vertically and will be looked for this entire game – against a Lions team that allows the most red zone and overall touchdowns per game. – Donnavan Smoot

Kareem Hunt - Cleveland Browns at Atlanta Falcons

Kareem Hunt was tied for the most red zone touches of any non-quarterback in the league through three weeks. Joe Mixon passed him on Thursday night, but it’s clear that Hunt is a real weapon in the red zone for the Browns and he has turned those 12 red zone touches into just one touchdown.

Hunt is going to get another touchdown this weekend against a Falcons defense that gives up 4.8 yards per carry.

Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals vs. Carolina Panthers

Murray only has carry totals of five, five and two, but I like the matchup for him against this Panthers defense. The Panthers defense is top 10 in EPA/Play, but right around the league average in rushing success rate, meaning that they are stronger in the secondary.

If the Panthers are going to keep the Cardinals passing game down, expect Murray to use his legs to get in the end zone, he has one on the year and he’d be well suited to get back to his roots (11 rushing TD’s in 2020, five in 2021).

Anytime Murray goes north of +150, I’m always interested in backing him as he is the most reliable goal line option for Arizona. - Reed Wallach

DJ Moore - Arizona Cardinals vs. Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers get the benefit of facing arguably the worst defense in the NFL in Week 4. The Arizona Cardinals are allowing the second most yards per pass attempt this season at 8.2 yards per throw. They're also allowing 2.3 passing touchdowns per game, which ranks 25th.

So, for that reason, I'm going to target the Panthers top receiver, DJ Moore, to find the end zone. Moore already has a touchdown this season, scoring one in Week 2 against the New York Giants. He's also received six targets in each of the first three games, so his opportunities will be there today. - Iain MacMillan
