Best NRFI and YRFI Bets Today (Bet on a George Springer Leadoff Dinger)

All 30 teams are in action today so we have a wonderful 15 game Friday night slate to hunt down our NRFI and YRFI bets from today. We’re going to find the best and worst pitching matchups out there to get some extra money for the weekend.

Best NRFI Bet Today
Rockies vs. Padres -120
This is a game where I already gave you the under pick and I love it with this pitching matchup. Joe Musgrove for San Diego doesn’t really give up runs in any innings let alone the first and has been phenomenal in his last few starts. Not allowing more than a run since May 15th.
On the other side Chad Kuhl has been much improved in his first year for Colorado. This is probably the best pitching matchup tonight and Kuhl will be able to hold his own against his former teammate Musgrove. It helps that this one is in San Diego and not at Mile High too.
Best YRFI Bet Today
Blue Jays vs. Tigers -120
George Springer hit his 50th leadoff home run of his career on June 5th. So, why not bet on him to hit number 51 against Elvin Rodriguez who has given up 18 runs in his 16 innings pitched this year. In his first start of the season against Minnesota he gave up four runs in the first. He hasn’t given up any first inning runs since then, but has certainly shown the ability to let runners score at any point.
We are mostly relying on the Blue Jays to push this run across and Vegas is ready for that with the -120 odds, but Jose Berrios has not been his typical self this season and could provide an opportunity for Detroit to strike first as well.
