The St. Louis Blues got off to a hot start to their season, but have stumbled as of late going 4-5-1 in their last 10 games. They have a chance to get back on track tonight when they take on the Detroit Red Wings, who have lost four straight games.

The Red Wings return home after a four-game road trip, and they've performed much better on home ice this season with a 5-2-2 record compared to 3-7-1 on the road.

Here are the odds for this interconference matchup courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Blues vs. Red Wings Odds and Total

Moneyline:

  • Blues: -145
  • Red Wings: +130

Puck line:

  • Blues: -1.5 (+175)
  • Red Wings: +1.5 (-200)

Total:

  • 5.5 (Over -110/Under -110)

Blues vs. Red Wings Prediction and Pick

The Red Wings were a feel good story at the start of the season, but their true colors have shown in recent weeks. They now rank 28th in even strength CORSI%, and dead last in opponent high danger scoring chances per 60 minutes.

The Blues, while not a top tier team, rank around the middle of the league in most analytics.

Ville Husso is expected to get the start for the Blues tonight, and he's been lights out inbetween the pipes in his first two starts this season. He's allowed only one goal in two starts, while stoping 60-of-61 shots.

I'll back St. Louis on the moneyline tonight.

Pick: Blues -145
