Despite being an abysmal 5-9, the Atlanta Falcons are somehow still in the hunt for the NFC South, sitting only one game behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In Week 16, they'll hit the road to take on the Baltimore Ravens, who are looking to lock up a spot in the AFC playoffs.

Baltimore's star quarterback, Lamar Jackson, is still battling an injury. His official status for the game against Atlanta has yet to be announced, but he was absent from practice on Tuesday, which isn't promising for his outlook.

Let's take a look at the odds for the game and then I'll give you my best bet.

Falcons vs. Ravens Prediction and Pick

As of right now, it looks like Tyler Huntley will be in at quarterback for the Ravens once again. I don't know how you can lay a touchdown worth of points on a Huntley-led team. In their last three games, while Huntley was their quarterback, they've averaged a measly 9.7 points per game.

What are they going to do, shut the Falcons out? I don't think so.

Let's also not underestimate the Falcons. Desmond Ridder looked serviceable in his first start against the Saints last week, but you have to think he'll take a step forward with his quality of play now that he has his first start under his belt.

Over each of their last three games, it's the Falcons who rank better in net yards per play, -0.2 compared to the Ravens at -0.4.

In order for me to lay over a touchdown worth of points, I need one team to be significantly better than their opponent. Maybe if Jackson is back under center than this spread would be justified, but with Huntley taking snaps, it's Atlanta or nothing for me.
