Here are Today's Starting Lineups for Astros vs. White Sox: ALDS Game 4
By Ben Heisler
We've got three Game 4's on the docket today for Major League Baseball's divisional round, starting with the make-up game on the South Side of Chicago this afternoon between the White Sox and Houston Astros.
First pitch is at 1:07 pm local time (CT) as left-hander Carlos Rodón makes his postseason debut for Chicago against right-hander Lance McCullers (1-0, 0.00 ERA). Both pitchers this season were 13-5 on the season, striking out 185 batters.
While the White Sox opened as a slight favorite at -115 odds (bet $115 to win $100), the line has shifted slightly towards the Astros with both teams dead even at -105 on the money line. The total remains at 8.5 runs, but the under is slightly favorited at -115, compared to the over of -105.
Our Iain MacMillan shared his three bold betting predictions for today's matchup, including why he expects to see more of a pitcher's duel after 18 total runs were scored at Guaranteed Rate Field on Sunday.
Additionally, Reed Wallach has three of his top prop bets for this afternoon's ALDS matchup, including why bettors should expect the UNDER on Carlos Rodon's strikeout total.
