Kentucky has slipped down the rankings and out of the SEC race on the heels of two straight losses to Ole Miss on the road and home to South Carolina, albeit the latter came without their star quarterback Will Levis.

Levis was in a walking boot last week as he missed the team's 24-14 defeat to South Carolina. Will the first round NFL Draft prospect be able to suit up on Saturday at home against Mississippi State? We got you covered with the latest injury news for the Kentucky signal caller:

Latest Injury Update for Will Levis

Levis couldn't go last week and Kentucky's offense to a significant hit as they struggled to move the ball all game against South Carolina, posting less than 300 total yards.

However, coach Mark Stoops was more optimistic this week about Levis' availability, and the line movement leading up to kick off would also indicate that he's going to play.

After reaching as high as seven, Mississippi State sits as a four-point favorite Saturday in Lexington. We don't know how capable Levis is, who is playing behind a struggling offensive line that is 128th in sacks allowed, but he will be a massive boost for a reeling Wildcats team.
