With seemingly every other player on the Cleveland Browns offense injured and already ruled out for tonight's critical home game against the Denver Broncos, Cleveland finally got a bit of good news this morning regarding one of its top wide recievers.

According to NFL insider James Palmer, Jarvis Landy, who has been out with a knee injury the last four weeks, is expected to be activated off the injured reserve list today and play against the Broncos.

Odell Beckham, meanwhile, faces "an uphill battle" to play as he recovers from a shoulder injury.

Finally, some good news along the shores of Lake Erie.

Quarterback Baker Mayfield and running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are all out for tonight's game, and with Beckham also likely out, having Landry back in the lineup is critical for the Browns. Of course, Palmer mentions this is what's expected to happen, and Landry will likely have to go through pregame warmups before being declared in or out for this game, but at least he's trending toward playing.

Case Keenum, best known for his time in Minnesota, gets the start in place of Mayfield and the Browns will likely go with a running back by committee approach on the ground. They are currently 1.5 point favorites over the Broncos at WynnBET, but that number has come all the way down from -5.5 earlier in the week.
