We've got a full 15 games on the MLB docket this Friday, starting off with the always wild conditions at Wrigley Field in Chicago as the Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals begin a three game set.

After that, it's 14 night games to settle into as the weekend gets started; highlighted by two of the best teams in baseball continuing their four-game series at Dodger Stadium between the New York Mets and L.A. Dodgers.

Weather conditions at every big league stadium could impact the matchup, as well as the projected total runs on the board. Cold weather games with less humidity may lead to lower totals and less runs scored. More hot and humid weather often helps the baseball travel further; leading to higher scoring games.

Wind plays a key factor as well. For example, with the wind blowing out at Wrigley Field in Chicago, it becomes the most hitter-friendly ballpark in baseball. If blowing in, a traditional home run could easily get blown back into play; turning the Friendly Confines into a pitcher's paradise.
