NBA Underdog of the Day (Bet Suns to Upset as Shocking Underdog)
By Peter Dewey
Fresh off of setting the franchise record for wins in a single season, the Phoenix Suns will hit the road to play the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
Phoenix is a 2.5-point underdog in this game, but that may give us some sneaky value to take the NBA’s best team to win.
As of now, the Suns should have Chris Paul, Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton in the lineup against Paul George and the Clippers.
Let’s take a look at the latest odds via WynnBET:

Why You Should Bet Suns to Upset Clippers on Wednesday
I really am surprised that the Suns are underdogs in this matchup, and they thrived in that spot this season.
Phoenix is 7-3 straight up as a road underdog this season, and it is also the best team straight up on the second night of a back-to-back this season, going 10-3.
The Clippers are a much better team with George in the lineup, posting the No. 11 offensive rating in the NBA over their last 10 games after struggling most of the season.
Despite that, I can’t fade this Phoenix team as such a small favorite. The Suns have dominated just about everyone this season, and they top 10 in offensive and defensive rating over the last 10 games despite playing several of those with the No. 1 seed already locked up.
I’d be careful betting this until we know that Booker and Paul are going to play, but anytime you can get plus money on the Suns to win, you almost have to take it.
Lean: Suns Moneyline (+115)
