NFL Weather Report for Week 3 (What's the Forecast for Every NFL Team and Matchup Today?)

As fans and bettors settle in for another massive day of NFL action this Sunday, it's always important to know which games and matchups may feature weather that's impacting the latest odds, spreads and totals.
While rain traditionally tends to be something that casual bettors may overreact to; betting the under thinking it may be more difficult to throw downfield, it tends to be wind conditions that make for the largest moves. However, on Thursday Night Football in Cleveland, wind gusts reached near 20 mph, and the over still hit.
For Week 3, a handful of games may feature some wet weather, especially in Washington and New York, but the totals continue to remain in the mid-to-high 40s for both games despite wind speeds reaching 10-13 mph.
