There were plenty of dud matchups on the schedule in Week 12, with only one head-to-head matchup featuring two playoff caliber teams between the Cincinnati Bengals and Tennessee Titans on the schedule.

That won't be the case in Week 13.

Six playoff teams go head to head this week, making for a monster slate of games with high stakes to begin the month of December.

Starting on Thursday Night Football, the Buffalo Bills head to New England for a pivotal showdown against the Patriots at Foxboro, as Josh Allen and company look to extend their winning streak to three in a row, but get their first division win of the season.

In the early slate, the all of a sudden offensive juggernaut New York Jets take their talents to U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis to face the Vikings, the 7-5 Washington Commanders face off against fellow 7-win division rival New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, and the Tennessee Titans head to Philadelphia to face the Eagles.

The late slate has two eye-opening matchups; beginning with Miami Dolphins' head coach Mike McDaniel's return to San Francisco to face his former team and former head coach Kyle Shanahan, while the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Cincinnati Bengals in a rematch of last year's AFC Championship game. San Francisco is on another level defensively right now, shutting out their opponents in the second half of games all throughout the month of November.

The 49ers and Chiefs are the current favorites for both matchups:

Unfortunately, that's where the excitement fades out, as the current Sunday and Monday Night Football matchups aren't all too exciting. The 4-6-1 Indianapolis Colts travel to Dallas as a near 10-point underdog to face the Cowboys, while the New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, both other .500 on the season face-off in Tampa on Monday Night Football.
