After several marquee matchups on the NFL schedule in Week 13, Week 14 feels like a bit of a letdown.

Thank goodness for betting, right?

The Las Vegas Raiders and L.A. Rams are a combined 8-16 on the season, and face off against each other at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles this Thursday night.

Both teams covered the spread in their games this week, with the Raiders covering vs. the Chargers in a 27-20 victory in Vegas, while the Rams nearly held on in a 27-23 home loss to the Seattle Seahawks, covering the +6.5-points despite this Geno Smith touchdown late to D.K. Metcalf to win it.

To highlight just how bad things have gone for the defending Super Bowl champions, the Raiders enter as a 5.5-point favorite on the road!

While the New York Jets taking on the Buffalo Bills looks good on paper, oddsmakers see it completely differently.

The Jets look to keep themselves in the playoff race at 7-5, but have a daunting task against the 9-3 Bills in Orchard Park in an AFC East showdown. Despite New York already defeating Buffalo 20-17 back in Week 9, they find themselves right around a double digit underdog on the road.

Meanwhile, the other New York team heads to MetLife Stadium as the 7-4-1 Giants host the division and NFC-leading Philadelphia Eagles at 11-1. Philly is 5-0 on the season away from home, but just 1-4-0 against the spread (ATS). The Giants covered the spread in their tie against the Washington Commanders at home this week and are tied with Cincinnati for the best ATS record in the NFL at 9-3-0.

Finally, the once highly anticipated matchup between Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jimmy Garoppolo of the San Francisco 49ers is back on hold, as the 49ers announced Garoppolo will miss the remainder of the season to have surgery on his foot.
