Sixers vs. Pistons Prediction and Odds: Back Philly on Road
By Reed Wallach
The Philadelphia 76ers held off the Chicago Bulls at home on Wednesday night and now face the 1-6 Detroit Pistons on Thursday night on the road.
There may be some questions around Joel Embiid's availability considering he has been battling a knee issue and this is a back-to-back, so monitor his status ahead of this one. As well, the Sixers will be without Tobias Harris, who is in health and safety protocols.
With that in mind, let's break down the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook and share our best bets!

76ers vs. Pistons Prediction and Pick
The injury report is obviously important to this one, but I'll take the Sixers either way. If Embiid does play, the Pistons aren't going to be able to stop the Philly offense that is No. 1 in offensive rating this season.
However, I would wait because if Embiid is ruled out this line will come down and you can get a much better number on the visitors. The Pistons are one of the worst teams in the league, dead last in net rating with a -13.1 on the year, and Doc Rivers' club still has the firepower to cover this number.
Seth Curry and Tyrese Maxey have been fantastic in place of Ben Simmons as the lead ball handler this season and I'm not concerned with them on a back-to-back against such a lowly opponent.
Without Embiid, this line may drop another point, and I like Philly to take care of business whether they have him or not.
Pick: 76ers -5.5 (-110)
