Top NBA Picks and Predictions for March 25 (Trust Sixers, Pistons To Keep Winning on Friday)
Looking to bet on the seven games in the NBA on Thursday?
BetSided's Donnavan Smoot and Joe Summers have you covered with their favorite pick for tonight's action, with all odds via WynnBET:
76ers vs. Clippers Prediction and Pick
The Clippers just got exposed by Nikola Jokic on Wednesday and face a different animal, but same beast in Joel Embiid. It will be a long night for a slumping Clippers team. They are 3-7 in their last 10 games and have the 7th-worst net rating in that span.
The Sixers, at least in the win column, have been better. They are 6-4 in the last 10 games, but they still have a negative net rating. If both Joel Embiid and James Harden play, this game will be over very quickly. The Sixers hit their top speed against the Lakers on Wednesday -- showing their true potential.
If, and when, the 76ers get to the free throw line, the game will instantly switch and slow down. Philly will take control at the charity stripe and win the game there.
Lean: 76ers -5.5 (-110) -- Donnavan Smoot

Wizards vs. Pistons Prediction and Pick
Hey, if the Pistons are just going to keep covering the spread every time they play, then I'm just going to keep betting on them.
Thanks to a finally healthy roster and Cade Cunningham's rapid ascension, Detroit has turned into a serviceable basketball team. They're 13th in net rating over their last 10 games and 11th in defensive rating - a remarkable improvement for one of the worst teams in the sport the last couple of years.
Cunningham is averaging 21.9 points, 7.2 rebounds and 7 assists during that stretch and looks more like a wily veteran than a guy who can't even legally drink yet.
The Wizards, just like they have been since December, are a disaster. They're 11-24-1 ATS on the road this year and haven't won away from home since February 17th. It's almost the end of March, in case you don't have a calendar around.
Washington has one of the worst defenses in the NBA and I don't think they'll be able to score enough without Kuzma to keep up. I love the Pistons to keep it rolling and see no reason to fade the hottest bet in sports.
