The age of the anti-hero has officially hit the DC Extended Universe. Comic books have always embraced the heroes who are a little less black and white than media has often portrayed them, and Black Adam is no different. Simply the fact that the movie was even made. After 15 years of attempting to bring Black Adam to our screens, Dwyane “The Rock“ Johnson and the team behind Black Adam finally made that happen! One of the most iconic villains in comic book history, known for his epic battles with the likes of Shazam, the Justice Society of America, and Superman, finally became a star on the silver screen. It was a testament to the hard work of those behind the scenes and the constant clamoring of the fans who love the character that this film was released.

What we’ll remember about this fandom a decade from now
