Netflix adapted a YA graphic novel this year, Heartstopper by Alice Oseman, a coming-of-age story that's boy-meets-boy. With a script written by Oseman herself, the live-action series pulled at our heartstrings and made us believe in love again! Sometimes it's nice just to have nice things. The streamer renewed Heartstopper for two additional seasons, a win for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
