It's hard to look back on 2022 and think of someone who had a bigger year than Joseph Quinn. For those who someone doesn’t know his name, Quinn reached a new level of superstardom this year with his portrayal of Edward “Eddie“ Munson in the fourth season of Stranger Things. From the minute audiences first met Eddie, a nerdy metalhead and leader of the Hellfire Club at Hawkins High, they quickly fell in love with the character whose humor and warm-hearted demeanor made the character the season's scene-stealing breakout. And it's not just the character fans fell in love with. Quinn's star has shined brightly under the spotlight he stumbled into, with the actor not allowing the fame to go to his head. This is an actor who was literally yelled at by convention organizers for taking “too much time“ to engage with the fans who showed up to support him at a con meet-and-greet in an effort to make a connection and return their love. It's unclear whether we'll ever see Eddie back in Hawkins, but the one thing that is certain is that Quinn's star is on the rise and fans will follow him wherever his career leads him next.

Stranger Things fans fell in love with the character Eddie Munson and the actor who portrayed him, Joseph Quinn, early on in season 4 part 1.
