The One Chicago franchise went through tons of cast turnover in 2022 and the fans have continued to roll with the punches and embrace the new cast with open arms.

Surprise! One Chicago Center has been through a lot this year, from shocking deaths to sudden departures and surprising break ups. Through it all though, the fandom has proven themselves to be as adaptable and loyal and as the characters we've come to know and love.

There are so many to choose from, but the one that took the cake was the fan response to the death of Chicago Fire's Hawkins. It was devastating for all of us, but the fans took the opportunity to reflect on what the character meant to them and the positivity was infectious.
