Even Vice President Kamala Harris channeled Brat in her presidential campaign. At the Grammys, Brat is nominated for seven awards, including Album of the Year.

It’s been incredible watching such a talented group of women lead pop music in 2024, with Charli XCX and Brat at the forefront. From Charli's electrifying Boiler Room set to her Sweat Tour with Troye Sivan, this year has been packed with moments that have us celebrating as a fandom. Singing along to every track — remixes included — watching endless TikTok dances to “Apple,” and spotting so many Halloween costumes inspired by Charli this October, it’s all been unforgettable. This fandom has reminded us what unfiltered fun feels like.
What emotion defined this fandom this year?
If I had to choose one emotion, it’d be exhilarating. Brat isn’t just packed with catchy electronic sounds reminiscent of 1990s and 2000s techno — it’s a full-on dance party. But beyond the music, Brat empowers fans to embrace themselves with unapologetic confidence. Brat isn’t just an album — it’s a mindset, and tapping into that energy is pretty thrilling.
