Karol G, the Colombian Reaggeaton artist, had another unforgettable year. She was named Billboard's Woman of the Year and is the first Latina and first all-Spanish-speaking artist to receive the honor. Her fellow Colombian actor and producer Sofía Vergara presented the award and Karol G made her acting debut this year on a Netflix series named “Griselda” starring Vergara. She won her first Grammy in March 2024 for best música urbana album for Mañana Será Bonito. That tour grossed over $100 million in Latin America. She announced on her Instagram that she was able to establish The Con Cora Foundation to support women, at-risk youth, children with chronic diseases and others. In all, this year has been transformational for Karol G.
