Wagner was forced to be Orlando’s go-to guy after Paolo Banchero strained his oblique early in the 2024-25 season … and thrived. Wagner kept Orlando well above water for as long as he could, showing off great creativity on drives where he deftly mixes his size and athleticism. Floaters, fadeaways, half post-ups; the 23 year-old has a bag that keeps expanding.

Wagner also took a huge leap as a playmaker, showing an ability to get others involved while still scoring at elite clips. We’ve seen plenty from the Magic star to believe this is the lowest he’ll be on this list for years to come.
