Josh Hart epitomizes always staying in attack mode and playing as hard as humanly possible. Every coach wants someone like him on their team, who could go 48 minutes (or longer) without needing a breather.

Hart’s relentless motor allows him to prosper in transition and on the glass. He’s the best pound-for-pound rebounder in the Association, especially on the offensive side of the court. His knack for creating additional opportunities seemingly out of thin air is awe-inspiring, yet somehow exhausting from a viewer’s standpoint. A bowling ball of energy, no one can match the heartbeat of New York’s (pun intended) drive. It’s a testament to the work he puts into being in peak physical shape.
Moreover, like every Villanova-Jay Wright disciple to enter the league, Hart is a versatile, high-IQ and winning basketball player. He’s always doing the little things, selflessly putting his body on the line or deferring to teammates. Few thrive in their role as much as the tireless wing.
