Offensive Role: Stretch Big
Defensive Role: Interior Anchor
Myles Turner has built a reputation as one of the NBA’s premier stretch fives and rim protectors for the Pacers. He's an ideal modern center because he erases shots in the paint defensively while spacing the floor on the other end of the court.

Turner’s propensity for swatting anything that comes his way is amplified by great length (standing at 6-foot-11 with a 7-foot-4 wingspan), anticipation and activity. Foes are wary of him whenever they attack the basket, emblematic of a true defensive anchor. Yet, unlike many shot-blockers, he also moves fluidly enough to guard on the perimeter, allowing him to switch onto smaller players when necessary.

Offensively, Turner is a confident, efficient three-point shooter, routinely forcing opposing centers to step out to the arc to contest him. And when that happens, he can put the ball on the floor to attack driving lanes and finish through contact. His skill set has meshed perfectly with Pacers floor general Tyrese Haliburton to form one of the league’s top pick-and-roll (or pop) duos. Additionally, the big man continues making meaningful strides in the post and marginally improving as a passer, making him a more complete offensive player.
