Ronda Rousey schools man at judo dojo (Video)

Before becoming a star in mixed martial arts, UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey was a World Champion judoka. Today, video surfaced from Rousey’s time in the Valley Judo dojo where she tossed around a man like a rag doll.

It was the man in the video’s birthday and Rousey gave him a gift to remember.

In the dojo, it is tradition to have other members throw you three times each. Unfortunately for the man, his birthday fell on a day where Ronda Rousey was in attendance and he was the victim of three of the hardest throws he has ever encountered. At the end of the video, the man lets out a groan as Rousey lands the hardest throw of the three.

The video was taken sometime in 2008 before Rousey headed off to Beijing to compete in the Summer Olympics. It was there that Rousey became the first American to win an Olympic medal in women’s judo as she took home the bronze medal.
