Gegard Mousasi pokes fun at Lyoto Machida on Twitter

Next weekend, the UFC is back in Brazil for UFC Fight Night 36. The event has two critical Middleweight matchups in the co-main and main event of the evening. Headlining the event will be former UFC Light Heavyweight champion, Lyoto Machida, taking on former StrikeForce Light Heavyweight champion, Gegard Mousasi. The co-main event is another former StrikeForce champion, Ronaldo ‘Jacare’ Souza, taking on the streaking Frenchman, Francis Carmont.

Today, Gegard Mousasi, decided to poke some fun at Machida’s karate style of fighting with this tweet:

This is simply something to stir the pot from Mousasi, as the pre-fight hype has been mostly dull. Neither of these men are big trash talkers, but they are both excellent fighters. Even though this bout is not getting a lot of attention yet, if Machida wins, he could be the next in line for a UFC Middleweight title shot as per Dana White.
