Bellator Fighting Championships have come a long way from the days where they were holding events outside. Today they are on Spike TV, nationally televised, and continually putting on exciting bouts for MMA fans around the world.

This past weekend, at Bellator 112, Pat Curran defeated Daniel Straus in their epic 5 round Featherweight title rubber match. Curran, who was seemingly down on the scorecards going into the fifth round, knew he had to finish the fight in order to win. Incredibly, with just over 30 to go in the fight, Curran latched on the fight ending rear naked choke to recapture his Bellator Featherweight title.

Today, Bellator released exclusive behind the scenes footage for Bellator 112 in a segment they call ‘Bellator Uncut’. The video details the rough weight cut for then champion, Daniel Straus. Straus was forced to cut off his signature dreadlocks in order to make weight for the title bout the day before.

You can catch the entire video above, and stick with FanSided this week for Bellator 113. The event is headlined by the Light Heavyweight title unification bout between interim champion, Emanuel Newton, and Light Heavyweight champion, Atilla Vegh.
