Video: Paul Daley knocks out Alexander Surzhko

Former UFC Welterweight, Paul Daley, is making the rounds as a kickboxer as of late. Since February, Daley has taken three kickboxing bouts, winning them all by TKO/KO.

Yesterday, Daley fought Alexander Surzhko in Milan, Italy at Legend 3: Pour Homme. After a hard fought three round battle, Daley knocked out Surzhko late in the third round with his patented power left hook.

You can watch the fight in it’s entirety in the video below:

Daley is already scheduled for his next kickboxing bout. In just under three weeks, Daley will take on Miran Fabjan in the main event of the evening in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

As for MMA, Daley has not competed since knocking out Romario Manoel da Silva back at BAMMA 14 in December. There is no word as of now if Daley will ever return to MMA, and if he will ever get a shot at a major promotion in the US.

If you don’t recall, Daley was released and banned from the UFC after sucker punching Josh Koscheck long after the final bell rang in their UFC 113 matchup back in May of 2010. Daley was frustrated from being held down by Koscheck throughout the fight, and his emotions got the better of him.
