It’s starting to get into the best time of the baseball season. At least for the teams that are still in it.

September is coming and the playoff races are intensifying. While today might be a bit of a down day in the schedule with only 18 teams in action, there are still plenty of clubs entrenched in playoff races that have big games.

That's particularly the case in the Wild Card race, and those teams have a ton to play for. That’s why this is the Wild Card Parlay. You can find odds for every leg of the parlay at WynnBET Sportsbook.

Best MLB Parlay Picks Today

Angels vs. Rays (-175)

Two starts ago, Drew Rassmusen was three outs away from a perfect game. He couldn't pull it off, but it was still a fantastic outing. Then, in his last time out, he went 5.2 and gave up two. The Angels have lost five in a row and Tampa Bay is on the verge of a four-game sweep. The Rays are currently leading the Wild Card race in the AL and are not the type of team to let opportunities slip away.

Not to mention the entire staff for Tampa has been rolling lately. They have a 1.55 ERA over their past 10 games and a lifeless LA offense won’t change that today.

White Sox vs. Orioles (+102)

There are few things I like doing more than betting the Orioles as home underdogs. They are 24-19 in that spot this season, the most wins in MLB. They also have the second best winning percentage in that spot behind Philadelphia who is just 6-4. The Orioles just keep finding ways to win as a home dog and, despite having Jordan Lyles on the mound, they will find a way today.

Guardians vs. Mariners (+102)

This game was my underdog of the day and also my NRFI pick. I really just love to attack the Guardians against left-handed pitchers. Especially when the left-handed pitcher is not the best. That means you  get better odds and their offense still struggles. Flat out the Guardians do not hit lefties. Their OPS is only .643 compared to an OPS well over .700 against right handed pitching.

Despite Triston McKenzie’s recent success, the Mariners will take this one and like everyone else I have winning today will keep pace in the AL Wild Card race.

Blue Jays (-165) vs. Red Sox

The Blue Jays just took three of four from the Yankees, and now they are on the verge of a three-game sweep of Boston. They will take care of business because of the man they have on the mound. After his seven scoreless innings last time out, Gausman’s ERA is 2.99 and his fielding independent pitching is 2.06. One of the best FIP’s in the league. He has 149 strikeouts to 22 walks and is 4-0 against Boston this season.

MLB Parlay for August 25, 2022

The “Wild Card” Parlay (+930)

  • Angels vs. Rays (-175)
  • White Sox vs. Orioles (+102)
  • Guardians vs. Mariners (+102)
  • Blue Jays (-165) vs. Red Sox

This bet pays out $230.25 on a $25 bet at WynnBET. Who doesn’t want that right now. These teams all need to win to stay in the playoff race and you can cash in on their building desperation.
