The Green Bay Packers are still alive in the race for the NFL Playoffs, but winning all three remaining games is their only hope to achieve the improbable.

The first step they need to take is beating the Miami Dolphins in Florida on Christmas Day.

The Dolphins are also looking to lock up a playoff spot, and sportbooks are setting them as 3.5-point favorites in this interconference showdown.

As we know, betting on the point spread, moneyline, or total isn't t he only way to wager on an NFL game. So, what about player props?

If you were looking for those, you've come to the right place. I'm going to break down my three favorite prop bets for this NFC vs AFC matchup.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Packers vs. Dolphins

  • Tua Tagovailoa OVER 264.5 passing yards
  • Allen Lazard OVER 41.5 receiving yards
  • Aaron Jones UNDER 56.5 rushing yards

Tua Tagovailoa OVER 264.5 passing yards

Tua Tagovailoa is averaging 269.8 passing yards per game this season, above his set total for this Week 16 game. Just because the Dolphins have gone 0-3 in their last three games, doesn't mean you should lose faith in Tua.

The Packers secondary isn't exactly top notch this season, ranking 19th in opponent yards per pass attempt, so I expect Tua to come out firing in his first home game since Week 12.

Allen Lazard OVER 41.5 receiving yards

Allen Lazard was held to a single catch last week, so I expect a bounce back performance this week against the Dolphins. He's averaging 52.3 receiving yards per game this season, well above his set total for this Week 16 showdown.

Lazard still played 94% of snaps last week, so I have no concerns about a lack of production.

Aaron Jones UNDER 56.5 rushing yards

Aaron Jones has to split the backfield with AJ Dillon, which automatically calls into question his ability to go over his rushing yards total. He played only 38% of snaps in Week 13 and then 56% of snaps last week against the Rams.

Jones is also heavily involved in the passing game, so let's hope that's how he contributes to the Packers this week. I'll take the UNDER on his rushing total on Christmas.
