We remember what happened the last time we saw the Celtcis and Heat face off, so no need to go into deep depth about that amazing Game 7. They’ll face off tonight for the first time since that game, with the Heat looking to avoid an 0-2 start. 

Miami wasn’t able to handle business against the Zach LaVine-less Bulls on opening night. Will they be able to take care of the Celtics – who are coming off a great win against the Philadelphia 76ers?

Best Prop Bets For Celtics-Heat

  • Bam Adebayo OVER 16.5 Points
  • Jayson Tatum OVER 4.5 Assists

Bam Adebayo OVER 16.5 Points

In last year’s playoff series, we saw Adebayo dominate offensively when Robert Williams wasn’t there. Good news for OVER bettors, Robert Williams won’t be there tonight either. Adebayo has made it known that he wants to elevate his offensive game, and the touches have followed. He went 5-15 in the last game and had 12 points. With the Celtics’ front line a little weak, Adebayo is a great play tonight. 

Jayson Tatum OVER 4.5 Assists

We’ve seen Tatum grow as a playmaker over the last year and change and with the ball in his hands, I like him to clear this line. He finished one assists short of this line against the Sixers, but he was mainly a scorer in that game. Last season, Tatum only averaged 17.7 points against Miami. If the Heat come out and focus and shutting Tatum down – expect him to get the ball out of his hands quickly

Kyle Lowry UNDER 11.5 Points

Kyle Lowry might be officially washed. I wanted to give him another chance coming into this season because he dealt with a lot of issues last year, but the season opener wasn’t a positive sign for him. He couldn’t find the range and took a majority of his shots from the outside. With Marcus Smart, Derrick White and Malcolm Brogdon available to guard him, it’s going to be tough for Lowry to put points on the board tonight.
