3 Best NBA Prop Bets for Heat vs. Sixers Game 6 (Fade James Harden Again From 3-Point Range)
By Peter Dewey
The home team is undefeated in the Eastern Conference semifinals between the Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat, and the Sixers will look to keep that going tonight in Game 6.
Philly was blown out in Game 5 in Miami, but the team played much better at home, showcasing impressive shooting from beyond the arc (48.5 percent from 3).
If you’re not sold on a side for the game (the Heat are 2.5-point underdogs), then I have some player props that you should consider via WynnBET Sportsbook:
Best Prop Bets for Heat vs. Sixers Game 6
- Jimmy Butler OVER 38.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-110)
- James Harden UNDER 2.5 3-Pointers (-120)
- Joel Embiid UNDER 25.5 Points (-108)
Jimmy Butler OVER 38.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-110)
I’m going back to the well with this Jimmy Butler prop. He finished Game 5 with 38 PRA, but was pulled with around nine minutes left due to the blowout win.
With Kyle Lowry still out, Butler is going to take more control of the playmaking duties for the Heat, and he’s cleared 38.5 points, rebounds and assists in five of his nine playoff games. Butler has also cleared it in three of five games in this series.
Butler has been the best player on the floor for the majority of this series, and he’s seen a ton of minutes for Miami. I think a closer Game 6 will allow him to go over this number.
James Harden UNDER 2.5 3-Pointers (-120)
We saw “vintage” James Harden make an appearance in Game 4 of this series, but other than that he’s been rather quiet this postseason.
Harden has shot 36.2 percent from beyond the arc in the postseason (an improvement from the regular season), but he’s made three or more 3-pointers in just two of his 11 games.
Harden is taking 6.3 shots from beyond the arc per night, but I don’t see him turning back the clock once again in Game 6.
Joel Embiid UNDER 25.5 Points (-108)
It’s really hard not to appreciate Joel Embiid playing through thumb and facial injuries in this series, but he hasn’t exactly been himself.
Since returning in Game 3, Embiid has played 33 or more minutes in each game, yet he has failed to clear 25.5 points in any of the matchups.
Miami’s defense has been solid, especially Bam Adeabyo, in making things tough on Embiid, and the Sixers star has taken just 12, 13 and 12 shots in his three games this series.
Unless he sees a significant jump in volume, I don’t know if I can trust Embiid to score 26 or more points in Game 6.
