3 Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Celtics vs. Bucks
By Matt De Saro
A pair of top Eastern Conference teams clash tonight when the Milwaukee Bucks host the Boston Celtics. Let’s take a look at some prop odds for this showdown, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.
3 Best Prop Bets for Celtics vs. Bucks
- Khris Middleton OVER 2.5 Threes Made (-105)
- Jrue Holiday OVER 1.5 Steals (+100)
- Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 44.5 Points + Rebounds (-125)
Khris Middleton OVER 2.5 Threes Made (-105)
Middleton has been the best three-point shooter on the Bucks all year. He is averaging 2.5 threes made per game off of 6.5 attempts. He is coming off a game where he went 3-for-10 against the Bulls in just 28 minutes of play. It was the second time Middleton went over this total in his last four games and four in his last seven. I realize the Celtics are a good perimeter defense, but they will have their hands full with Giannis. The last time these two teams met, Middleton went 4-for-9 from deep.
Jrue Holiday OVER 1.5 Steals (+100)
Holiday is one of the best passers in the NBA this year, but he is also contributing a lot on the defensive end. He leads the Bucks in steals per game at 1.6. Holiday has not slowed down his tenacious defense even with just a few games left in the year. This is evidenced by his seven steals in his last three games. Holiday also has at least one steal in 12 of his last 13 games.
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 44.5 Points + Rebounds (-125)
We’re saving the best for last today. Not that this is the best bet of the game, but Giannis is by far the best player. He will need to be at his best tonight in order to lead his team to a very important win over the Celtics. With just a half-game separating the two in the Eastern Conference, a Bucks win would vault them into second place in the Conference.
Antetokounmpo is dealing with a sore knee but still, put up back to back 40 point games last week. He played just 24 minutes against the Bulls on Tuesday. But, the Bucks need him tonight in full-win mode. Giannis also has just one game in his last eight that he did not get double-digit rebounds.
