3 Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Cavaliers vs. Raptors (Backing Garland to Continue Streaking)
By Matt De Saro
The Cavaliers and Raptors are set for a primetime Eastern Conference clash in Cleveland. Let’s take a look at some prop odds for this showdown, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.
3 Best Prop Bets for Cavaliers vs. Raptors
- Darius Garland OVER 35+ Points + Assists (-110)
- Evan Mobley OVER 15.5 Points (-135)
- Lauri Makkanen OVER 6.5 Rebounds (-105)
Darius Garland OVER 35+ Points + Assists (-110)
You would be hard-pressed to find a player in a bigger role than Garland right now. Since the start of March, Garland is averaging 26.4 points and 11.5 assists per game in his last eleven games. These performances weren't all against bad defensive teams either. Garland dropped 24/10 on the Miami Heat, 26/19 on the Sixers, and 41/13 against the Pacers. This will be his second game against the Raptors in March. Garland scored 17 points with 10 rebounds in that game on March sixth.
Evan Mobley OVER 15.5 Points (-135)
Money is another player for the Cavs that has been on a hot streak lately. The rookie center is averaging 15.2 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game on the year. But in March, those numbers jumped to 17.2, 9.0, and 2.5. As far as this scoring prop goes. Mobley has gone over 15.5 points in six of his last nine games overall. Mobley did struggle in his last two games to score against the Lakers and Pistons. I think tonight is a good chance for him to bounce back while the Raptors' defense is focused elsewhere. Mobley did drop 20 points and 17 assists on Toronto just a few weeks ago after all.
Lauri Markkanen OVER 6.5 Rebounds (-105)
Markkanen has been a bit up and down in terms of rebounding production lately. However, I think the Raptors present a plus matchup for the Cavs power forward. Toronto ranks 23rd in the opponent offensive rebound percentage and allows 52 boards on average to other teams. That ranks them on the low side of average. Markkanen has gone over this total in two of his last three games and is averaging 6.9 boards per game in March.
