3 Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Celtics vs. Nuggets (Trust Nikola Jokic to Dominate)
By Peter Dewey
The Boston Celtics and the Denver Nuggets will match up on Sunday, as two of the league’s top players in Jayson Tatum and Nikola Jokic are looking to make up ground in their respective playoff races.
If you don’t love a side in this matchup, how about looking at some prop betting options?
Here are three of my favorites from WynnBET Sportsbook for Celtics-Nuggets:
Best Prop Bets for Celtics vs. Nuggets
- Nikola Jokic 45+ Points, Rebounds and Assists (-141)
- Robert Williams to Record Double-Double (+200)
- Monte Morris to Hit 2+ 3-Pointers (+110)
Nikola Jokic 45+ Points, Rebounds and Assists (-141)
I don’t love laying the juice on this prop, but Nikola Jokic is a stat-sheet stuffer like few we have ever seen.
The MVP candidate had 23 points, 16 rebounds and 11 assists in the earlier matchup between these two teams, and he’s cleared this line in five of his last eight games.
The Celtics are one of the best defenses in the NBA, but I think Jokic’s size can give Al Horford and Robert Williams some trouble in this matchup.
Robert Williams to Record Double-Double (+200)
Robert Williams may not have the easiest time defending Nikola Jokic, but he did have one of his best games of the season in the last matchup between these two teams, putting up 15 points and 16 rebounds.
Williams is averaging 9.9 points and 9.6 rebounds per game this season, and he’s double-doubled in five of his last 11 games.
At +200 odds, Williams is a solid bet to repeat his earlier performance against Denver.
Monte Morris to Hit 2+ 3-Pointers (+110)
Monte Morris has been slumping as of late, shooting just 3-for-11 from beyond the arc over his last four games, but he cleared this line in the previous five games.
Morris is shooting a solid 38.8 percent from beyond the arc this season, and he’s averaging 1.6 makes per game on 4.2 attempts from deep.
I think this line is presenting a little value if Morris can break out of his slump against Boston.
